HEY WELL ITS BEEN A LONG COUPLE OF MONTHS... WELL THE FIRST THING I WANT TO TELL YOU IS THAT LOS NINOS CALLED AT 1 AM AND I ANSWERED IT AND THEY SAID JORDAN HAD TROUBLE BREATHING AND WE DID ALL WE COULD AND THEY SENT HIM OVER TO ST JOES AND WE GOT THERE AND WE HAD TO GOWN UP CAUSE WE DIDNT WANT HIM TO GET EVEN MORE SICK. THEN WE GOT THE RESULTS OF HIS PNEMONIA TEST AND IT WAS POSITIVE.. THEN WE WENT HOME AND THEN DR WILLIS CALLED AND SAID WE TRIED TO TAKE HIM OFF OF THE NITRIC OXIDE AND HE ISNT TOLERATING IT SO WE NEED YOU TWO TO COME DO A DNR FOR HIM AND WE DID, THEN WE WENT HOME. THEN WE CAME DOWN AND WE SPENT A COUPLE OF DAYS WITH HIM. THEN ON MARCH 25 WE PRAYED AND WE GOT THE FEELING THAT IT WAS HIS TIME TO GO. SO THEY GAVE HIM A SHOT OF MORPHINE AND ATIVAN TO KEEP HIM COMFY AND THEY TOOK HIM OFF EVERYTHING THAT WAS KEEPING HIM ALIVE. I DRESSED HIM AND EVERYTHNG. THEY PUT HIM IN MY ARMS AND HE PASSED WHILE WE WERE IN THE ELEVATOR. WE TOOK HIM OUTSIDE AND GOT PICS AND MY MOM AND DAD GOT TO HOLD HIM.... I MISS HIM SO MUCH. WE HAD THE FUNERAL. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE LOVE YOU JORDAN. REST IN PEACE BABY BOY

A DAY FOR HEARTS!

Valentines Day is celebrated with hearts of every kind,
There's paper hearts and chocolate hearts
and hearts that speak our minds.
It is a day to express our love from deep inside our soul,
To acknowledge loved ones in our life and let our feelings show.
Now this day will be special in yet another way,
It's been proclaimed, in our Country, CHD Awareness Day.
On this day we will honor those born with their hearts broken,
The world will know of their plight, our silent thoughts now spoken.
We will remember loved ones, lost to CHD.
In our souls and in our hearts, forever they will be.
To those who continue to fight each day we are filled with admiration,
Your courage, faith and love for life deserve this celebration.
We also want to recognize, honor and give praise,
To those who keep our hopes alive with their kind and caring ways.
The nurses, doctors, and researchers are part of this day too,
For the many hearts that still beat on, we give our thanks to you.
A day of hearts it truly is. Hearts of red and gold.
Now add to it a brand new symbol, another heart to hold.
Please remember on this day, those with hearts not perfect,
And everyone who loves someone, with a congenital heart defect.

All We Can do is wait!

Hey Everybody, I have a update bout jordan.... He Got Into Surgery Yesterday Bout
11:38am and They got him on BYpass about 2:30-2:45Ish.... He got out Bout 6:00pm and They got him settled and got him stable enough where we could see him. the dr came back to get us about 930-940... we went back and i was not prepared to see him. The surgeon (dr Nigro).. came back to talk to us and he said The surgery went okay.... His arteries and everything were Tangled and they were like speggetti strings and he did what he could. they right side of his heart isnt doing so good and his body isnt tolerating the blood flow he has now. he isnt doing great,,,, he could go at any minute. i will post pics before his surgery and then after.i will also post all of his medications and stuff he is on. all we can do is wait!

Jordan's First Surgery On Wednesday!

Jordan's first surgery is on wednesday at 7am so me and my hubby need to be at st
joseph's hospital and medical center by 6 am.... oh my gosh.... it is gonna be a very long day... please pray for jordan for a great surgery and very good recovery!
